  1. Serve sliced smoked mackerel for easy starter with mixed salad dressed with mix of olive oil, lemon juice + horseradish sauce
  2. Easy gravy: Drain most of juices from roasting tin 1 hour before serving. Pour into saucepan and skim off fat. Add stock made from giblets + onion, carrot
  3.  Freeze turkey leftovers today in small packs 4 future meals. Boil bones every day to keep stock free of bacteria. Don’t add veg. make soups in separate pot
  4. Use leftover ham in olive oil + chopped parsley + garlic with pasta. Add leftover peas, carrots, olives and heat until boiling. Season to taste
  5. Fry chopped onion in coconut oil. Add leftover carrot, parsnips, leeks, even red cabbage. Cover with stock. Simmer 10 mins. Liquidise
